  1. Lovely quiet location, plenty of space indoors and a huge garden, we couldn’t ask for more. Oct 2012.
  2. A wonderful cottage with olde world charm. Lovely take a bath and look at the stars, the garden was large and our dogs loved it. If staying in Dorset again we would book brook cottage. Sept 2012.
  3. An interesting and enjoyable property in an excellent location. June 2012.
  4. Brook cottage was a fantastic location for us and our 2 young children. The cottage location was perfect for expoloring Dorset and further afield. There were rooms in the cottage that we didn’t get around to using with there only being four of us, would definitely go again with more people. June 2012.
  5. The cottage exceeded our expectations. It was much larger than expected but was still very cosy and warm. It is a perfect location for walking, straight from the front door. The pub in the village is also walkable to and is very good. Overall a lovely stay. March 2012.
  6. An absolutely fantastic cottage, right in the heart of the countryside. The owners of this cottage have managed to marry modern with traditional perfectly, resulting in a cosy yet highly functional property. I would highly recommend a stay here. Jan 2012.

  8. Beautiful spacious cottage - loved the pictures and wall hangings. Very quiet location with some pleasant walks across farmland with views across the distant countryside. Oct 2011.
  9. Lovely cottage, well equipped and comfortable. Village pub serves lovely food and is extremely friendly although a bit of a treck from the house unless you walk via footpath over fields. April 2011.
  10. This is a beautiful cottage, lovelier even than the photographs show. Fine fabrics and rugs help to make it a joy to look at as well as comfortable to live in. We appreciated the kind help on the telephone beforehand from the caretakers and the sense overall of the owners’ concern to give value for money in the quality of the holiday experience in even very small ways. We highly recommend Brook Cottage. April 2011.
  11. Homely cottage, lots of space and well equipped. Feb 2011.

  14. It felt very personal and that a lot of loving care had gone into the restoration property. There was plenty of local information and maps left for our use, because it was so well fitted out with artifacts, books etc. It felt like we were the very personal guests of the owners. Dec 2010.

  18. We stayed at this beautiful, spacious cottage in July and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The cottage was very clean, very well equipped and the garden was perfect.
