This spacious and cosily furnished detached cottage is set on a hillside and accessed by a shared private road. Its large mature garden is ideal for children and it is ideally situated for walking in the nearby woods and hills. Crarae Glen Garden, Inveraray Castle and Bell Tower are close by. Riding, golf, sea fishing and a leisure centre are available locally. Oban, Tarbert and Lochgilphead and the Crinan canal are within easy reach. This part of Argyll has a wealth of wildlife, beautiful mountain, loch and coastal scenery. Shop 0.25 miles, pub and restaurant 4 miles

All on ground floor: Living room. Dining room/kitchen. 2 bedrooms: 1 double with additional single, 1 bunk (for children). Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and toilet.

Multi-fuel stove in living room (initial fuel included). First £10 solid fuel central heating and electricity included, remainder by meter reading. Bed linen and towels included. Cot. High chair.   1. A quiet location - located up a rough track, which drivers of wider cars/camper-vans may find challenging. Lovely garden with a stream running through it. A handy back porch for leaving wet boots etc and an excellent front porch for afternoon/evening drinks! A good place for dogs and for those who enjoy absolute peace and quiet. Sept 2012.
  2. The cottage was absolutely lovely and much more spacious than we were expecting with a fantastic and well-equipped kitchen/dining room, and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful. The garden was amazing and our little boy and two dogs had great fun playing hide-and-seek out there, although unfortunately we couldn’t make full use of it because of the very wet weather mid-week and the infernal hordes of midges. There are some lovely walks in the Minard area and Crarae gardens are only a few minutes away on foot. July 2012.

  11. The setting was absolutely beautiful. There is a lovely walk that literally starts next to the Lodge. It is really peaceful and quiet. The owners live just across the road and are really friendly and helpful. Brondeg Lodge was well equipped and it was very cosy sitting around the fire. Aug 2009.

If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
