Property 2251 is tastefully converted from a former stable and forms compact comfortable holiday accommodation and attached to a country house. Property 5609 is converted from a former 19th-century farm building, rebuilt and tastefully decorated, in a sheltered location in a quiet lane some 2 miles from the coast. Situated in an AONB with plenty of activities to suit all tastes. Llanon 3 miles; Aberaeron 4 miles; Aberystwyth 14 miles. The coast, from Cardigan to Aberystwyth, with its sandy beaches and rugged cliffs, is easily reached. Inland is peaceful with interesting countryside and many places of historic interest. Shop and pub 2 miles.

All on ground floor: Living room with separate sleeping area with double bed. Dining room/kitchen. Bathroom with toilet.

Electric heaters, electricity, bed linen and towels included. DVD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Gravelled patio area and furniture. Use of owner’s 3-acre grounds. Barbecue. Ample parking. No smoking. NB: There is a lake and well in the grounds.

A wonderful setting no matter what the weather as long as you want to relax however it is the perfect setting for trips along the coast, both north and south, and for trips into the hills and mountains. West Wales is underpopulated and certainly is not overcrowded as a holiday destination (I come from south Devon) so if you want peace and tranquillity both in accommodation and and in area then this is the place plus the amount of wild life is amazing! July 2011.

The view from the chair in the living room is amazing ,you can see lots of wild life and there are four separate table and chairs spread about both the beautiful gardens that are yours to walk around,David and Anne,who own the property are very helpful and pleasant to speak to,the local butcher,chip shop, chinese and spar shop are very good. We also came home with a Welsh puppy. June 2011.
