1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

This superb detached cottage, overlooking vineyards has an excellent interior decor and an enclosed private garden.

Situated in the beautiful Loire with superb views the property is in a fantastic area with châteaux, wine tasting and museums and the culture city Angers 7.5 miles (12km) away.

Relax in this tranquil setting or stroll around the château in Brissac, with its own weekly market. Golf and fishing available as well as walking, cycling and horse riding, and many other activities.

Shops 1.25 miles (2km), café/bar and restaurant 0.75 miles (1km), beach 0.75 miles (1km).

Ground floor: Lounge/diner, kitchen, shower room with toilet and basin, 1 double bedroom. First floor: 1 double bedroom plus childs single bed with en-suite shower, toilet and basin.

Heating by wood pellet system, all fuel and power included in rent July to September, €45 supplement October to June (if required), colour TV, radio, washing machine, dishwasher, enclosed garden, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 2 cars. One pet welcome. NB: 2 steps between kitchen and lounge. Small drop and fenced pond in garden.

  1. This property is a tranquil retreat from the pressures of everyday life. The location is superb - overlooking vineyards, lovely walks all around and attractive small towns nearby many of which have markets selling good locally produced food. Brissac market on Thursday mornings is large and excellent and the grounds of the Chateau are very attractive. Sept 2011.
  2. A beautiful setting amongst the vineyards. Excellent for cycling along the Loire. Brissac is 5 minutes on the bikes and so accessible for beers and coffees. The garden is so peaceful to sit in all evening. The owner is very helpful and his wine is really appreciated. May 2011.

  6. Very roomy, comfortable, clean, attractive, and accommodating. The owner was available when needed and was very friendly and helpful. Oct 2009.
  7. A well situated cottage with beautiful views over the countryside with a garden to sit in whilst admiring the view. A big plus point for our party was there being 2 bathrooms in the property. As we travel as 2 couples we usually have to rent a much larger cottage, which means a higher cost, in order to enjoy this facility. May 2009.
