This delightful and spacious detached house is located close to the main A30 network yet sits in a peaceful residential location. The long white sand dunes and beach at Hayle are just over a mile away, leading up to long stretch of beach at Gwithian and small island with Godrevy light house. This holiday property is conveniently located for exploring the rugged north coast, popular with surfers, the tranquil sailing waters of the south coasts, with hidden coves and the gateway to west Cornwall, including Penzance with its long promenade and open air lido. The area attracts bird watchers and wildlife enthusiasts, with the Hayle Marshes and the wildlife bird haven at Marazion close by. Fishing trips, golf courses, sailing, boat trips and a surf school are all local. Visit Paradise Park at Hayle or Flambard’s Theme Park at Helston - both great days out for the whole family. Walk one of the famous South West Coastal Paths, taking in the stunning scenery. Nearby Tehiddy Golf and Country Park provides over 250 acres of cycle trails, bridle paths and woodland to explore. The area has some of the best sub-tropical gardens, including Trebah, Durgan and Trelissick.
