Property Description

Braeval Farm Cottage is a charming semi detached property located in the heart of the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park, on the outskirts of the popular village of Aberfoyle. This traditionally built cottage has wonderful thick stone walls which have been lovingly restored and left exposed in places, providing a property with lots of character. The front of the property has a south facing aspect, with a small patio area and outdoor seating. There is also shared use of the courtyard which can be enclosed if required. Inside the cottage is the main open plan living space with slate tiled floor, kitchen dining and lounge areas. Leading off from this room are the bedrooms and shower room. Both bedrooms are carpeted and beautifully coordinated. There is also secure storage space adjacent to the cottage for large, outdoor equipment such as bikes or golf clubs. Across the road from the cottage, only 50 metres away, is the Aberfoyle Golf Course with 18 holes and access to great woodland walks or cycles.

Ground Floor: Property is all on ground floor level, heated by oil plus electric heaters and comprises:

Travel cot and high chair available on request.  Wi-Fi internet access (shared) available.Shared use of courtyard (can be enclosed) with outdoor furniture for private use and BBQ (coals not included). Separate utility room within courtyard with shared use of freezer, washing machine and drying area. Bothy available for the storage of outdoor equipment. Off road parking for 2 cars. NB: Small pond in adjacent garden.
