Situated in the peaceful village of Kirkby Malzeard just six miles from the delightful town of Ripon, Bradley House provides excellent self catering accommodation for up to five guests. The cottage has retained some original character features such as the old beams and fireplace, but has been recently modernised to include a sunny and spacious conservatory which is an excellent additional living and dining space and overlooks the south facing garden. The bedrooms are all of a good size, and a smaller room to the rear has a full size single bed but would suit a child. The cottage also has the convenience of a modern shower room on the ground floor as well as a family bathroom on the first floor. The patio to the rear is excellent for drinks or dining al fresco and catches the sun most of the day.

Ground Floor: Property has oil fired central heating and comprises:
Kitchen/Diner: With wood burning stove, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine and dining table
Lounge: With TV and Free view, DVD, radio
Large Conservatory: With large dining table and easy chairs overlooking garden
Shower Room: With shower cubicle, WC, wash basin, heated towel rail and chest freezer.

First Floor: Bedroom 1: With double bed
Bedroom 2: With double bed
Bedroom 3: With single bed
Bathroom: With bath, shower cubicle, WC and wash basin

All fuel (including logs), power, bed linen and towels included.Large private south facing patio with a gate with garden furniture and steps up to lawned area. Private parking to rear for 2 cars (including garage suitable for bikes etc). Further on street parking at front of cottage. One well behaved pet welcome.
