Enjoying fantastic rural views it is an ideal location for walking and touring, being within easy reach of sandy beaches, clifftop and coastal walks and Tehidy Woods. St. Ives, Newquay, Truro and Falmouth are all under 30 minutes drive. Shop 3/4 mile, pub ¼ mile.

All on ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen. 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin. Shower room with toilet.

Open fire in living room (initial fuel included). NSH, electricity and bed linen included. Freeview TV. DVD. Stereo/CD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washing machine. Enclosed garden and furniture. Barbecue. Parking (3 cars).

  8. Bowling Green is an idyllic cottage. The situation, cleanliness, and hospitality of the owners was second to none. The weather was poor, but did not detract from our enjoyment. The garden was a delight, n our dogs were made sooo welcome... They were even given their own"doggy welcome pack". All tourist attractions were on the doorstep... Eleven out of ten! June 2011.

  10. We found Bowling Green Cottage a clean, warm and extremely comfy place to stay. Its location was ideal for getting to many places in under 30 minutes and the local pub, within 5 minutes drive, served good food. What really swung it for us was the pretty enclosed garden - having 3 small dogs it was a boon to put them out in the garden knowing they couldn’t escape!! We are hoping to visit again next year. Oct 2010.
  11. A very characterful property. Personal touches from the owner - flowers and chews for the dog, coffee, tea etc made us feel particularly welcome. The house is also in a perfect position for exploring north, south and west coasts. Sep 2010.

The photos on the website did not do this cottage justice, we were very happy with the accommodation and its location. the owners were very helpful and it was very nice to be able to let our dogs have a run in the field that backed onto the garden. The enclosed garden was also very welcome as it allowed us to let our dogs outside knowing that they were safe. The surrounding area was very peaceful and we would most definatley like to return again. Mar 2010.

  19. The views from the cottage were stunning. The location was easy access for shops and getting to all major places of interest. The owners supplied the cottage with details of attractions which was very helpful. All in all a lovely 2 weeks holiday with 4 dogs. Aug 2009.
