1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

  3. We really enjoyed our stay at Blue Mountain Barn. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage was very clean and comfortable with great views to the coast. It was very quiet and private. We think you’d need a car, which we did, to make the most of the location. We visited many interesting places and walked for miles through beautiful countryside on the coast and in the moors.   5. The barn was absolutely lovely and one of the best holiday cottages we have stayed in. Everything was true to what we saw in the brochure and the caretaker was extremely helpful and pleasant. The location on a hill overlooking Scarborough out to sea was wonderful and for us. With dogs, a bridle path from the door was fantastic for the morning stroll. When we arrived it was chilly and the heating had been put on full blast for us, beds were made and some cakes and wine awaited. We felt it was really homely and the kitchen and living space together worked well. Garden was nice, chairs to sit on, barbecue area and lots of wildlife visited including deer, hares, hedgehog and birdlife. Definitely go again. May 2012.
  6. Blue Mountain Barn is in a very quiet and secluded location with lovely far reaching views across fields and down to the sea. It has been renovated, furnished and decorated to a high standard and is cosy and warm even on the coldest of days. The welcome pack is extremely generous and we would have no hesitation in recommending this property. Dec 2011.
  7. One of the best cottages we have stayed in. Photos on web did not do this place justice. Felt instantly at home, very comfortable and loved the toiletries. The location was stunning and with just the wildlife for neighbours we had a very relaxing stay. Have already booked for next year so enough said! Sept 2011.
