This charming detached cottage with shared tennis court, lies in the grounds of the owners’ home, within the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park and is located only a mile from Balloch, the gateway town to Loch Lomond. It is also ideally located for exploring the stunning beauty of the surrounding area. The area is ideal for walkers and cyclists of all abilities and boasts a magnificent diversity of scenery with dramatic peaks, waterfalls, hidden caves, forest covered slopes, with the West Highland Way only a short distance from the property. Cameron House golf and spa resort is a short drive from the property, where visitors can enjoy fine dining, day spa packages and championship golf. Lomond Shores, again a short distance away from the property, offers designer shopping, loch cruises and an aquarium. The cities of Glasgow, Edinburgh and Stirling are easily accessible by car and boast award-winning restaurants, theatres, galleries and concert venues, designer shopping as well as many tourist attractions including Edinburgh Castle. Shops and pubs 1½ miles.
