This beautiful neo-Breton house is situated in Binic and is set in large, well-maintained grounds. The property offers good holiday accommodation for families and has 4 bedrooms. There is a shower room on the ground floor and a bathroom on the first floor, and the lounge looks directly out over the terrace, which is shaded by an awning. From the first floor there are views of the sea and the La Banche beach.

The residents of Binic are very proud of their town which is known as the ‘beauty spot of the Côtes d’Armor’.

Close by is the coastal footpath known as the Sentiers des Douaniers which has panoramic views over the Pointe de Rognouze, a favourite destination for those who enjoy walking and hiking. St. Brieuc is 15km away.

Lounge/diner, kitchen, 2 shower rooms with toilet and basin, separate toilet and basin, 4 bedrooms: 2 double, 2 twin.

Electric heating, woodburner in lounge, highchair, colour satellite TV, internet connection, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, garden, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, ample parking. One pet welcome. NB: Sloping ceiling in some rooms. Steps in garden.
