Ground Floor: Beech Hall has gas fired central heating throughout and very briefly comprises:
Elegant Entrance Hall:  With comfortable seating/reading area.
Kitchen: With granite worktops, Bosch appliances including dishwasher,  Aga, fridge, freezer and drinks fridge.  A beautiful country farmhouse breakfast kitchen.
Utility Room: With washing machine and tumble dryer and further freezer.
Dining Room: With ample seating for up to 12 people and has an elaborate fireplace with gas fire.
Ground Floor Cloakroom: With hand basin and WC
Bedroom 1: With double bedroom suite which enjoys wonderful views across the Lake Windermere, with en-suite shower room.
En-suite shower room: With shower cubicle, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Lower Ground Floor
Spacious Comfortable Sitting Room: With deep cushioned sofas, flat screen TV, DVD and video and a huge fireplace but this is not in use.

All gas, electric, bed linen and towels provided.  Cot and high chair available.Five acres of woodland to the rear of the house, lawned and patio style gardens to the front with furniture provided.  Private Lakeshore with lawn and beach area and pier which is accessed by crossing the A591.  Private off road parking for up to 12 cars on the driveway.

If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
