1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Property Description

This delightful upside down holiday property presented to a very good standard, is peacefully located with breathtaking views to St Michael’s Mount, one of Cornwall’s most famous landmarks, now owned by the National Trust. Access is by ferry crossing, or on foot across the causeway at low tide. Marazion’s beach is ideal for families, sailing, windsurfers and watersports. Marazion and Penzance are steeped in history with art galleries and museums. Land’s End, Mousehole, Newlyn and St Ives within a short drive. Shop and pub 1/4 mile.

Ground floor: Utility room. 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 bunk, both with wooden floors. Bathroom with shower over spa bath and toilet. Open tread spiral stairs to first floor: Living/dining room. Kitchen. Wooden floors throughout.

  1. Excellent location a short stroll from the cliff top and an easy walk into the town. We liked the upside-down arrangement and you really can see St Michaels Mount from the upstairs decking. The hot tub was a bonus. The enclosed gardens front and rear were great for our dog. May 2012.
  2. Loved the hot tub in the garden - so nice to sit out at night looking up at the stars. Nice quiet location with lovely beach just 10 mins away, and the views over St Michael’s Mount were fab. Owner was helpful when I phoned as I had a few questions about where things were/how they worked etc. Do try "Ben’s Cornish Kitchen" in Marazion - expensive but worth it. Godolphin Arms, pub in Marazion, very dog friendly, nice staff, good views, good food. Would recommend Beachcomber Cottage and Marazion. March 2012.
  3. Beautiful house with beautiful views a mile from Godolphin Arms. Lovely Coastal walks on the doorstep. Nothing to complain about! The Fire Engine pub just down the road offers a very warm welcome & we enjoyed a nice meal there. Trevor the new manager is a smashing man & is bit by bit refurbishing the pub. March 2012.
  4. Great holiday first time we have been to Cornwall it was superb our holiday cottage was excellent in every way. We were welcomed with fresh flowers on the dining table, milk in the Fridge with scones jam and real cornish clotted cream and after a very long journey it was wonderful. The owner thought of everything he was just excellent. June 2011.

  16. Stunning property, photos don’t do it any justice. The cottage was well equipped with everything you could need plus all the added extras, such as hot tub, jacuzzi bath and sky plus to name a few. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. Location wise it’s in the perfect location to be able to explore everything the South West has to offer. We couldn’t have asked for any more. Nov 2009.
  17. It was furnished and styled to a high standard. There were lots of little touches that made us feel welcome such as scones jam and cream on arrival. A small bottle of milk, dishwasher tablets, cleaning liquids among other things were also left. The towels were lovely and soft as was the bedding. Nov 2009.
