A warm welcome awaits you at this wonderful holiday cottage. Just yards from the beach, it is perfectly placed in the heart of the popular village of Gairloch. It enjoys wonderful views of the waters of Loch Gairloch and on towards the Wester Ross Hills, and boasts a two-person steam shower house. The area is renowned for stunning, unspoilt scenery with a wealth of activities available - fishing, water sports, golf, climbing and mountain biking to name but a few. A visit to the National Trust Inverewe Gardens and the Isle of Skye is recommended. Shops and pubs 100 yards, restaurant 30 yards.

All on ground floor: Living room with French doors. Dining room/kitchen. 1 double bedroom. Shower room with double shower cubicle and toilet. Laminate floors throughout.

Oil central heating and electricity included (£15per week November-March). Bed linen and towels included. Two satellite TVs. DVD. CD. Electric cooker. Washing machine. Enclosed garden with patio and furniture. Portable barbecue. Parking (1 car). No smoking. No children.

  4. The property was in a great location with fabulous views over to Skye. It was modern and well equipped and certainly had the "wow factor". The extra touches provided by the owners, such as bathrobes, good quality bed and bedding, a luxurious steam shower and a good pair of binoculars were really appreciated by us. We could have moved into the property quite happily! It was a short walk to the local shops and the location was a good base from which to explore the surrounding area. We would recommend this property without any hesitation. June 2012.

If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
