  11. This house was such a find. The house was spotless on arrival. It is the setting that makes this really special. The garden is huge and leads down to the river - the dinghy is great fun and you can row to Wroxham in a couple of minutes and down to Wroxham broad with 20 minutes good pulling! 6 of us stayed there comfortably. May 2009.
  12. Barton house was excellent, we were greeted with a pot of tea and biscuits which was really needed. The house was clean and tidy and we had everything you needed for a great holiday. The bedrooms were really comfortable and the old features were great. We loved the garden so much room to play games and a lovely barbeque for the hot summer evenings we had. June 2009.

Therefore if you want taxi but cant remember name or address of property it doesn’t matter! Outstanding gardens. Period property and furnishings. Garden is full of wildlife eg. rabbits, birds, fish etc etc. June 2008.

  19. House amazing and so much character. Gardens... just breath taking, staff and volunteers really polite and helpful. Missed the railway but will be back in November hopefully. Riverside fantastic feeding the swans and ducks with our son!! ( life jackets great thank you!). Rowing boat really good fun. Overall absolutely fantastic and a memorable holiday, would recommend to anyone and everyone. Will be back soon. Thank you. Sept 2008.
  20. The miniture railway rides at the bottom of the garden was the highlight of our holiday (only on 3rd Sunday of each month). The rowing boat was also a bonus, we would row to the village and back, the children thought this was great fun! On arrival you are given tea/coffee and biscuits and a very warm welcome. A wonderful place to spend a peaceful break. May 2008.
