From its private courtyard, the cottage gate opens onto a network of quiet country lanes and footpaths. The spa town of Malvern, with its theatres, music festival and famous wells lies just over the hill. The lovely county town of Ledbury is within easy reach and the Cotswolds, Forest of Dean, Wye Valley and Welsh Marches are all readily accessible. Shop, pub and restaurant 1.5 miles.

Ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen with French door and flagstone floor. First floor: 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet. Beams throughout.

Central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. DVD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Dishwasher. Lawned garden and courtyard with furniture. Portable barbecue. Ample parking. Cycle store. No smoking.

  5. Beautiful location in the Malvern Hills and a fascinating property, even though the beam across the bedroom at waist height was fun to negotiate on the way to the bathroom during the night! Well-equipped kitchen area, though rather dark - you had your back to the light when standing at the cooker. But a lovely spot and we were glad of the central heating in the October evenings.   7. Our first hol taking our 8mth old puppy so we weren’t sure how successful it was going to be! Chris, the owner was so relaxed and friendly we quickly relaxed too and had a really lovely time as did our puppy! Area beautiful- fantastic walks clearly described and tons of useful info in the cottage. Plenty of local eateries serving good food and happily accept dogs. Highly recommend it to everyone. July 2011.
  8. The cottage itself was in a great location that we could walk into Malvern hills, villages etc without using the car. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We had use of the garden and could also lock our bikes in his shed. The cottage itself was lovely and cosy. Although the bathroom was a bit of a squeeze as it was a converted barn. Would definitely go back again. Beautiful. April 2011.

Take advantage of their local knowledge and the walks they have written out as they were easy to follow and made walking the dog a joy.The enclosed dog run in the garden a bonus.
