Standing close to Brayton Barff woodland, this former farm building has been converted to provide single storey holiday accommodation. Thorpe Willoughby has a selection of shops and a traditional pub. The abbey in the market town of Selby, 2½ miles, is renowned for visiting orchestras and theatrical groups. Medieval York is 14 miles. Hull with its aquarium, Leeds and Harrogate are all within an hours’ drive. Filey, Scarborough and Whitby are easily accessible. Cycling and walking from the doorstep, fishing available 5 miles, by arrangement. Golf nearby. Shops ¼ mile, pub, restaurant ½ mile.

All on ground floor: Living room with wooden floor/dining room/kitchen with beams and tiled floor. 3 bedrooms: 1 double (5ft), 2 single, one with additional pull-out bed. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

Multi-fuel burner in living room (initial fuel included). Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Freeview TV. DVD. Gas hob. Electric oven. Microwave. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Freezer. Wi-fi. Enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area and furniture. Parking (2 cars). No smoking. Friday to Friday.
