1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Walks can be enjoyed along the banks of the River Avon, whilst the town offers historic buildings and cultural interests, plus excellent shopping, pubs and restaurants. An ideal base to explore the surrounding countryside of the Vale of Arden, the Cotswolds and the Malvern Hills. Other attractions include Warwick and Kenilworth Castle along with several NT houses and gardens. Shops 220 yards.

  1. The property is within easy walking distance of the center of Stratford and a local large shopping center. Everything you could need is provided. While there is no bath the shower cubical and shower head are large. I would go there again. May 2012.
  2. A very comfortable apartment close to all amenities. Plenty of places to eat and lots of walks. We will go back again in the future.The Shakespeare tour was excellent. Sept 2011.
  3. Excellent property. Would recommend only fewer notices (on table and fridge, for example). Perhaps these could be put in a ’handbook’. Otherwise, first class. June 2011.
  4. Handy location. Supermarkets 3 mins to the right. Town centre 5mins to the left (walking.) The accommodation was excellent. It contains everything you might need at home, and is nice and quiet at night. Could’t find any fault with it. There were spares for everything like light bulbs for example. Stoneleigh Abbey Nr. Banbury is worth visiting. Can get a ticket for all 5 Shakespeare related houses at Shakespeares birthplace on Henley street (5 mins walk away). For anybody who hasn’t got a car, the open top bus takes you round them all and you can get off and catch the next one etc. May 2011.
