1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Just 20 minutes from Windermere, these holiday properties are set in lovely countryside and ten acres of landscaped grounds, facing south, with wonderful long distance views to the sea, and to the hills beyond. This large country house set on a wooded knoll has been skilfully converted into six spacious holiday houses, which are owned by the Caravan Club Ltd and situated on the edge of one of their immaculately kept small touring caravan parks. The house consists of a two storey cottage wing (W42981), a first floor apartment (W42982), a ground floor garden apartment (W42983), two ground floor apartments (W42984 and W42986) and a first floor balcony apartment (W42985). There’s a lot to see and do in the immediate area. Close by is beautiful Cartmel Priory and the stately homes at Holker Hall, Sizergh Castle and Levens Hall. 3 miles west along the coast is the refined small seaside town of Grange-over-Sands with lots of shops, golf and fishing. The properties make an excellent touring base for the whole of the southern Lake District. Shop 3 miles, pub with food 400 yards.

All on first floor: Living room with patio door. Dining room/kitchen. 1 twin bedroom. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

  2. The loveliest brightest roomy holiday flat for two you could wish for. It gets the sun (when shining) all day. It’s beautifully managed by the delightful people on the Caravan Club site. It was so enjoyable being there that we didn’t even want to go out to eat in the evenings! April 2012.
  3. Delightful position especially for people wanting quiet peaceful setting. But easily accessible to many Lake district sites. Recently refurbished to a high standard and spotlessly clean. Bed linen now provided BUT did need some basic cleaning materials provided eg. washing up stuff, as most don’t take that with them! Useful shop next door. April 2012.
