Property Description

Bakers Cottage is a delightful semi detached holiday property situated admist the rolling countryside of Perthshire in the quiet hamlet of St David’s. This stone built cottage dates back to 1834 when it was originally part of a bakery. It has a bright south facing aspect and boasts a charming garden which is a real sun trap on a sunny day. Inside the cottage has a good sized lounge with comfortable sofas. There is a compact galley style kitchen which is well equipped and there is a high table and chairs to dine at. Upstairs this quaint cottage has coombed ceilings. The bedroom is spacious with a dormer window providing a lovely view over the garden and out towards the Perthshire hills. The charming market town of Crieff lies 6 miles to the west has a great selection of local shops and facilities.  Bakers Cottage is a lovely self catering property to stay, in a fantastic quiet location making it easy to explore Central Scotland and in particular stunning Perthshire. With great motorway links you can easily venture further afield; east into Fife or Dundee, south to Stirlingshire or north to the Highlands or Grampians.

Ground Floor: Property has wet electric system and comprises:
Lounge: With log burner, TV with BT playback and DVD
Kitchen/Diner: Galley style with electric oven and hob, microwave. fridge (with ice box), washing machine and tumble dryer.
Hallway: With high table and chairs
Bathroom: With shower over bath, WC and wash basin

First Floor: Slightly steeper than normal staircase with some limited height space leading to.....First Floor
Bedroom 1: With king size bed, coombed ceiling, dormer window with seating
Cloakroom: With WC and wash basin

All power and bed linen included. Tea towels and hand towels only provided. Wi-fi availableEnclosed garden with outdoor furniture is accessed across the road. Off road parking for 2 cars. NB: Front door opens directly onto quiet village road.
