Conveniently located in a quiet residential area, 2 minutes’ walk from the popular seaside village, and 500 yards from the beach. The beach at West Wittering is 15 minutes’ drive. Pagham harbour, Chichester, Goodwood and Fontwell races are about 10 minutes’ drive. Visit Portsmouth, with day trips to the Isle of Wight, or Arundel’s historic castle. Shops, pubs and restaurants 250 yards. Can be booked with ref 23640 (200 yards) to accommodate 8+1 guests.

Ground floor: Living/dining room with French doors and sofa bed (for children). Kitchen. Separate toilet. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin with en-suite shower room and toilet. Bathroom with roll-top bath, shower attachment and toilet.

  2. When we arrived Emma had left lights, TV and heating on and put a Christmas tree up, it was so welcoming. All the bedrooms had on suite and TV in the bedrooms, and a downstairs toilet. I was so grateful for the nice garden, dog loved it. Beautiful living room and kitchen, I highly recommend it. Dec 2011.
  3. Comfortable and very spacious, and in a quiet position. Nice south facing garden. Easy, flat 10 minute walk to High Street. Good selection of shops and cafes. Oct 2011.
  4. Although on a housing estate the inside of the property was excellent, very spacious and well equipped for a relaxing home-from-home stay. A nice shopping centre within walking distance and a good farm shop just up the road. Recommend a pleasant walk around Pagham Harbour nature reserve from Church Norton to the Crab & Lobster pub at Sidlesham. April 2011.
  5. The property was as warm, clean and well equipped, with good quality furniture and fittings. The road was quiet and area great for dog walkers. We would stay there again. Whittering Beach was great for dog walkers. We enjoyed an evening meal at The Seal and the Tapas restaurant. March 2011.

  16. The property and furnishings were of a very high standard. The arrival arrangements (hot water and heating turned on etc.) were as promised. We were staying over Christmas and were delighted by a fully decorated seven foot Christmas tree complete with lights switched on as we arrived. We were also given a Christmas cake and welcome card.   19. The property was roomy and had most things that you would need. There were childrens fingerprints on the windows and doors which the housekeeper should have noticed, there was no washing line even though the photo shows one. it was nice to be just a few minutes from the town centre but it was quite a walk to the beach. Sept 2009.
  20. Good sized accomodation. Lack of cooking pans especially larger sizes made meal preparation a challenge. More cleaning products ie general cleaners, washing up liquid, would be useful. Aug 2009.
