  1. The view from the cottage is worth the price of the holiday alone. Sept 2012.
  2. Amazing views I enjoyed looking at every moment I was in the house and garden, lovely big garden for kids and dog to play in, hospitable owners, stunning forests nearby to explore. July 2011.
  3. This was our first family holiday, which we all enjoyed even the dog. It is peaceful and a great getaway from people. It has many walks which we did, but a few we couldn’t due to not being suitable for a pushchair. But all the same thoroughly loved it, and will return when daughter out of pram to do walks not possible this time. July 2011.
  4. The location and surrounding environment. Aug 2010.
  5. View of Loch Long is stunning on a good day. Lovely large gardens back and front. Back garden is fenced off so dogs and children are safe. July 2010.
  6. Liked the view, the cosiness of the cottage, the garden and great owners, who provided great information about the locality. June 2010.
  7. Stunning spot overlooking the loch. Cottage sympathetically decorated and furnished, very cosy and with some lovely photos and paintings. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Plenty of walking, wildlife, peace and quiet. June 2010.
  8. The accommodation was located in a peaceful location with stunning views. May 2010.
  9. The property is in a beautiful location with an excellent view. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. There was another, also spacious, bedroom which we didn’t use as there was only the 2 of us staying. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. May 2010.
  10. There had been a lot of thought gone into the cottage, it was like home from home but on holiday, salt, pepper, oil, kitchen roll, fairy liquid etc. tissues and clean sheets in the bedroom, toilet roll and soap in the bathroom, even a dog bed and towel for our dog. April 2010.
  11. A very cosy cottage in a perfect lochside location. We received a warm, friendly welcome from the owner, Buddy, who gave us lots of local information and looked after our every need. The cottage itself was very clean, comfortable, well equipped with an added bonus of clean towels, bedding and flowers. Great days out and walking available from the door and every opportunity to watch the wildlife including seals, deer and buzzards. My family had another amazing week in this cottage and look forward to next years return - a fantastic 15/10! Oct 2009.

  15. The peace and tranquility was perfect, we have never had a cottage holiday as restful and as enjoyable as this cottage in Ardentinny. Full marks to the proprietor and his wife and to your company for the useful information and detail which all added together made our dream holiday come true. May 2009.
  16. Comfortable, well equipped cottage with lovely views of loch and mountains. Useful and well presented information pack sent by owners prior to start of holiday. Great welcome on arrival. April 2009.
  17. Stunning and ever changing views of the loch and wildlife. Great base for walking in the hills and glens. Some good trails for mountain cycling. July 2008.
  18. Had an accident on 3rd day of the holiday. Buddy and Isabella went out of their way to help us so that it didnt ruin our trip. They are very friendly and amazingly helpful. The cottage itself is in an amazing location, and views whilst having breakfast on a sunny morning are just gorgeous. Nice and warm, but OFCH and a thermostat lets you set the heating to ’Cosy’! Only 2 of us, but plenty of room for 4. Big enclosed garden, great for our dog. Lots to do, as long as you like outside activities. Especially try Pucks Glen forest walk. Bring wet gear in winter though, and some good walking footwear. If you do get wet then clothes dry very quick in the boiler room. Will definitely be going back, and sooner rather than later! Oct 2008.
  19. Wonderful cosy cottage with excellent views and plenty of activities around for all! July 2007.
