Appletree Cottage lies in the picturesque village of St Teath with its 14th-century church, pub, grocers and butchers just a short walk away. It is conveniently situated to visit many of the wonderful local towns and villages including Rock and Padstow. Port Isaac is a short drive and the Camel Trail which links Bodmin to Padstow can be joined at nearby Wadebridge. Visit the many sandy beaches along the north coast of Cornwall or walk part of the South West Coastal Path. Shop 100 yards, pub 200 yards.

Cosy living room/dining room with wood-burning stove and oak floor. Spacious kitchen with electric Aga (for cooking), handmade units, rustic elm table and benches. Utility. Separate toilet. Stable door to enclosed rear garden with countryside views. First floor: Three bedrooms, each with Victorian-style bed; one double, one twin and one single. Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet.

  12. Superb location in lovely village close to Polzeath and Port Issac. Village pub serving good food and real ale next to a well stocked village store. what more could you ask for. May 2010.
  13. The property was furnished and equipped extremely well. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable to live in. We found that small details like coat hooks on the backs of doors and plug sockets being in the right places really made a difference. It is usually small things like this are often missed in holiday premises. The cottage felt like a home for the week. May 2010.

If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
