  1. Apple Barrel Barn is a superbly equipped holiday home and has a beautiful spacious garden surrounded by a fields and wonderful countryside. Our 6 month old boxer adored the freedom and friendly sheep in the adjacent field. We had a surprising welcome by way of a delicious home-made cake & other lovely homely touches. It is such a tranquil setting - we hope to return again this year. Dec 2012.
  2. The property is off the beaten track, but you are close to some lovely beaches and just have to plan your time well. We were very comfortable in Apple Barrel Barn - its a warm, well equipped cottage. Oct 2012.
  3. A lovely barn set in a peaceful and tranquil hamlet. This did mean it was somewhat ’isolated’ and travel was necessary down tight country roads to civilisation and it was a half hour drive to the nearest beach. The barn has been converted to a high specification was very comfortable and cosy. July 2012.

  5. The barn is beautiful, finished to a very high standard. The location of the barn is very rural, which we loved. Just expect to have to use the car to get around. In summary, we highly recommend this peaceful retreat for those with hectic lives looking for a change of pace. April 2012.
  6. This is a brand new property owned by a charming couple and situated in the heart of the country. It is not a ’hopping and happening mid town location’. However, it is ideal for those seeking a very comfortable base for relaxing in the countryside and visiting the various local points of interest. Feb 2012.

If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
