A few yards from the Looe estuary, this spacious detached character cottage has been sympathetically renovated and makes an ideal all-year holiday retreat. Wonderful walks lead from the garden gate - the woodland walk along the estuary to Looe being of particular note. A short drive away is picturesque Polperro, and there is excellent swimming at sheltered bays of Talland, Lantivet and Lantic, and stunning walks along the coastal path. Shops 2 miles.

  2. The property is, for us as anglers, very comfortable. With two bathrooms and 3 toilets it is excellent when you are with 6 people and you are coming home after a fishing trip. The location is very beautiful and the only sound you can hear is coming from the birds. We have rented this for 4 years and we have no intention to change it for the coming years. May 2011.

If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
