1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Set in the heart of the Cotswolds, this charming cottage enjoys a secluded and peaceful position, within a few minutes’ walk of the town’s bustling market square, antique galleries, interesting shops, restaurants and pubs. Adjoining another property, the cottage benefits from a pretty enclosed, sunny patio garden with sitting out area, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing with a glass of wine. Ideally positioned for exploring the area with many National Trust properties and unspoilt villages close by. All the Cotswold countryside is close by to take full advantage of. Bourton-on-the-Water (‘Venice of the Cotswolds’) is 5 miles. Further afield Stratford, Warwick, Cheltenham and Oxford are all within an hour’s drive. Shops 200 yards.

  1. This cottage was homely and in a fantastic location. We had a great holiday with visits to local attractions as well as further afield to Oxford, Blenheim Palace and Cheltenham. The parking outside the property is a little tight and we ended up parking on the road most nights, which wasn’t a problem. Aug 2012.

  8. The cottage was very well equipped but some of the kitchen equipment was in a poor state - the saucepans and frying pan need replacing. The double bed is extremely uncomfortable. The rest of the furnishings are fine though. Jan 2010.
  9. Only a few minutes walk from town centre, although very peaceful & secluded. Main bedroom very spacious & second bedroom a good size too. Being able to park outside property very handy. Very large flat screen TV. July 2009.
  10. The property is particularly well located for touring. We were staying with friends from America and were able to reach Windsor, Gloucester, Avebury, Stratford etc. without rushing within a maximum (Windsor) of 90 minutes. It is particularly easy to exit Stow quickly. June 2009.
