This detached villa is part of a select number of houses on the outskirts of a year round holiday resort. The property is spacious, well equipped, including a pool table, and is furnished to a good standard. In the heart of the Scottish Highlands, Aviemore offers a wide range of leisure facilities, skiing during the winter, whilst in the summer the list is endless – climbing, walking, sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, fishing and riding. Also during the summer the Strathspey Steam Train chugs between Aviemore and Boat of Garten where the ospreys nest. Shop, pub and restaurant 0.5 miles.

Ground floor: Living room. Dining room. Kitchen. Utility room. 1 single bedroom with additional pull-out single. Shower room with toilet. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room with toilet, 1 twin. Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and toilet.

Woodburner in living room included. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Video. Stereo. Microwave. Washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer. Wi-fi. Lawned garden with patio. Parking (2 cars). No smoking.
