1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Set in the grounds of the owner’s home, which extend to 20-acres, these charming former stables are surrounded by wonderful countryside and have been converted to a very good standard. It is a superbly convenient holiday base for the world heritage city of Bath with it’s historic buildings, world famous theatre and river trips, as well as the city of Wells, Glastonbury Tor, Longleat House and Safari Park, Cheddar Gorge and caves, Stourhead and Wookey Hole. Close by is the village of Kilmersden, home to the nursery rhyme Jack and Jill. There are local shops and a takeaway in the village of Coleford 2 miles away. There are several sandy and dramatic coastal beaches to the west and south, such as Lyme Regis, Weston-super-Mare and Burnham-on-Sea. It also makes a perfect place from which to cycle, walk, play golf and horse ride. There are facilities on site to bring your own horse by prior arrangement with the owner.   1. Very nice cottage, dogs loved the garden. Very central for tourist attractions such as Glastonbury, Wookey Hole, Cheddar. Main bed is a bit uncomfortable and creaky, but other than that it is a lovely place. The village pub Jolliff Inn is fab. Tip....dont get a starter as the portions are huge. Really good food!   2. Use the directions given to you with the information. We tried to access from the opposite direction as that seemed to be on the way for us but two cars of us got lost and Satnav couldn’t cope when near to the cottage. Access from Shepton Mallet. July 2011.
  3. The property is lovely, the location is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful countryside. The owner was very helpful and friendly, we had a very pleasant week there. June 2011.
  4. With three dogs, the property was perfect. They could run for miles and there were kennels where we could leave them during the day. The property is only 20 miles from many interesting places and we had a wonderful holiday despite the weather! May 2011.
